The Huddle in sports in the most diverse representation of culture in our country. It doesn't matter age, race, socioeconomic status, religious affiliation or what neighborhood you live in. The common goal is to break the huddle and win.
Given the diverse nature sports and athletes, it is astonishing that until recently, diversity and multicultural perspectives have received only minimal consideration and little effort in teaching character based diversity among High School athletic programs and Collegiate athletics.
